CARR 70, of 11509 Rutland Ave, Cleveland passed away on December 25, 2017, at Cleveland Clinic after a long struggle with cancer. Demetrius was an avid cook, traveler, and gardner and was a longtime businessman who used his immense culinary talents to provide catered meals for churches, events large and small, and for families. Demetrius leaves to cherish his memories, his mother, Lola Pace of Cleveland, former wife, Velita Hall-Carr of Winston-Salem, sons, Mark Carr of Tampa, Florida, David Carr and Brian Carr of Charlotte; daughter, Jennifer James of Charlotte; sister, Lisa Pace of Cleveland; nephew, Sean Gadson of Tyson's Corner, VA; first cousins, Iris DeBoe of O'Fallon, IL, Michael Hous
